Asif Ali was born in Faisalabad, Punjab on 1 October 1991. Professionally, he plays for Pakistan’s team. Asif has proved that he was the best selection for the Pakistani team. His batting style is right-handed and Right-arm off-break bowler.
Career Journey
When he was 19 years old, He played his first debut for Faisalabad in 2010. And is prominent for being outside in more than 20 games so far. His international cricket career has been begun in 2018 for Pakistan. He played his first One Day International cricket on 13 July 2018 against Zimbabwe as a newcomer and played his first T20 International debut against the West Indies on 1 April 2018.
He had nominated for the 2019 Pakistan Cup in Sindh’s squad in March 2019. In September 2019, he was selected for the Cape Town Blitz team for the Mzansi Super League. He has nominated in Northernn’s squad in September 2019 for the 2019-2020 Quaid e Azam Trophy tournament. He has nominated to play in November 2019 for the Dhaka Platoon in the 2019-20 Bangladesh Premier League (BPL).
He has nominated to play in May 2019, for the 2019 Cricket World Cup in Pakistan’s team. Then PCB nominated their Final Fifteen men team for the series. Asif Ali hit some major runs at the eleventh hour to get on the bus for the ICC World Cup but on personal reason, he had a tragedy that he lost his two-year-old daughter who was suffering from the advanced stage of cancer and she died. The best time of Asif in his career lay under a cloud of great sorrow. He is also playing for Islamabad United for PSL 2020.
