Azam Khan is a Pakistani emerging cricket player. Cricketer Azam Khan represents Quetta Gladiators and Sindh. Khan made his international debut for the Pakistan cricket team in July 2021. His father is former Pakistani cricketer Moin Khan.
Career
On 6 September 2018, he played his first List-A match for Pakistan Television in the Quaid-e-Azam One Day Cup. On 5 March 2019, he played his first Twenty20 match for the Quetta Gladiators in the Pakistan Super League. He was drafted by the Galle Gladiators for the inaugural edition of the Lanka Premier League in October 2020.
In the 2020–21 Quaid-e-Azam Trophy, he made his first-class debut for Sindh on 26 December 2020.
Khan was selected in Pakistan’s Twenty20 International (T20I) squads to tour England and the Caribbean in June 2021.
On 16 July 2021, he played his first T20I for Pakistan against England. In August 2021, he was named to the Barbados Royals’ squad for the Caribbean Premier League.
In September 2021, he was named to Pakistan’s squad for the 2021 ICC Men’s T20 World Cup.
