Brian Lara is a legendary former cricketer who is predominantly recognized as one of the top batters of all the time. He surpassed Test batting rankings on multiple occasions and holds a number of cricket records, comprising off the record for the top scorer in first-class cricket in 1994, with 501 runs not out against Durham for Warwickshire at Edgbaston, which is the only quintuplet hundred in the history of first class cricket.

Brian Lara was only 15 years old when he played his first under-19 cricket tournament and in the same year, he embodied West Indies in Under-19 cricket.
