Chris Brochu is an American actor and singer-songwriter. He is best known for his roles in films and television series. He has a younger brother named Doug Brochu and sister Kaitlyn Brochu, who are also actors.
Career
Chris Brochu is best known for his recurring role as Luke Parker in The Vampire Diaries (TV series, 2013–15) and also played Ray Beech in Lemonade Mouth (2011). He also appeared as Timmy Hamilton in the 2011 film Soul Surfer and Baja in 2018, as Todd Meyer.
He was in the television series The Mentalist (TV series, 2009) as Young Jane in the second season, episode 10 “Throwing Fire”. Brochu sang And the Crowd Goes and Don’t Ya Wish U Were Us? in 2011, along with his friend, Scott Picket.
Chris Brochu is also well-known for the role of the witch Luke Parker on the TV show The Vampire Diaries (2013-2015). In 2012, he appeared in the TV series Awake, as Chris Chapman and NCIS: Los Angeles as Navy Petty Officer S. Allen. He appeared as Jason Riley in the CBS television series CSI: New York (TV series, 2013) in the ninth season episode 12 “Civilized Lies”.
His other television film credits include High School Possession in 2014, as Mase Adkins. In 2016, he appeared as Dylan in the comedy-drama television series Shameless and Notorious (TV series, 2016).
Recently in 2019, he played Derek in The Magicians and Dynasty as Dale in the second season episode 16 “Miserably Ungrateful Men”. He has 57.1k followers on Instagram.
