Indraneil Sengupta is a leading Indian actor and model, mainly notable for his stunning acting in Bengali films. He has also appeared in a number of Bollywood movies as well as in numerous television serials. Indraneil Sengupta shot to fame with super hit drama serial “Pyaar Ke Do Naam – Ek Radha Ek Shyam” aired on Star Plus. His Bollywood films comprise off Shukriya – Till death do us apart, Mumbai Salsa, 1920, Satyagraha, Kahaani and numerous other.
Indraneil was born in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India on 8th September 1974. He completed his studies from Ahmadabad and afterward settled in Mumbai with the intention of pursuing his career in entertainment industry. Indraneil Sengupta initiated his career as a model and completed a number of modeling assignment.
As a model he has appeared in numerous TV commercials including VIP franchise, Tata Indigo Marina and Aquafina. Indraneil Sengupta also performed in musical albums of Jagjith singh and Falguni pathak. He appeared in Bengali films like Janala, Angshumaner Chhobi, Autograph and Bedini.
In the year 2009, Indraneil Sengupta received “Anandalok Fresh Face of the Year” award as Anshumaner Chobi. Indraneil initiated his career from modeling. He was the qualifier of Gladrags Manhunt Contest 1999. Afterward, he evaluated into musical videos which involve Pal pal tere yaad sataye.
Indraneil Sengupta started his filmy career in the year 2004 with the movie Shukriya – Till Death Do Us together with Shriya Saran, Aftab Shivdasani and Anupam Kher. He was also appeared in Nach Baliye season 3 with his wife. Indraneil has also exhibited for designers such as Rohit Bal and choreographers like Achala Sachdev and Marc Robinson.
He also appeared as Tushaar in Zee Television drama serial “Banoo Main Teri Dulhan”. Firstly he played the role as Shyaam in drama serial Pyaar Ke Do Naam: Ek Raadha, Ek Shyaam, afterward appeared as Tushar in in Banoo Main Teri Dulhan and as Angad in Maayka.
Presently playing the role of Rohan in famous television drama serial Tumhari Pakhi aired on Life OK and appeared in Bollywood films Kahaani and Mumbai Salsa.
