Before joining the film industry, Krishna Kumar started his career on television where he worked as a newsreader. Later, he moved into acting and made a Malayalam film debut “Kashmeeram” in 1994. Since then, he worked in several Malayalam movies and television serials.
Afterward, Krishna Kumar started working in Tamil movies and television serials. It helped him to get some biggest roles that he performed in movies, like; “Billa II”, “Deivathirumagal” and “Muqamoodi” and the list goes on.
However, he made a broad career in the field of acting and has worked in various movies. Kumar also played supporting roles and lead roles as well for which he got appreciation and recognition from his fans. While his fans and followers noted him for his outstanding performances.

In 1994, he got married to Sindhu and the couple together has four daughters named, Ahaana, Diya, Ishaani, and Hansika Krishna.
