Mahhi Vij is a multi-skilled Indian lady who is not just a television actress, yet a great model. She has worked in various Indian TV serials for which she became popular. She is mainly known for the role of Nakusha played in the serial “Laagi Tujhse Lagan” for which she got huge acclaim. Career
At the age of 17, Mahhi Vij took the start of her modeling career. It was the time when she lived in Mumbai and did various modeling tasks. She has worked in numerous music videos, like; Tu, Tu Hai Wahi (DJ Aqeel Mix). Later, she moved into the acting line and has performed in various Hindi and Malayalam movies and TV serials. In 2013, she along with her husband Jay Bhanushali appeared in the reality dance show “Nach Baliye-5” and won the dance competition as well. Apart from this, she acted in a serial “Akela” as a lead actress that had run from 2007 to 2008. From 2008 to 2009, she made appearances in two serials including “Kaisi Laagi Lagan” and “Shubh Kadam”. From 2009 to 2012, she worked in the most-watched serial “Laagi Tujhse Lagan” in which she appeared as Nakusha Patil. Also, she appeared in the dance reality TV show “Jhalak Dikhla Jaa-4”. In 2004, Mahhi Vij made a Malayalam debut movie “Aparichitthan”. In 2011, she also appeared in the “Comedy Circus Ka Naya Daur”. Also, she worked in the cameo “V The Serial” which was aired in 2012. Some of her most-watched shows include “Movers And Shakers” aired in 2012, “Teri Meri Love Stories” aired in the same year. While she also appeared as a guest performer in the Kapil Sharma’s Comedy Night Show and also appeared as a guest on the Bigg Boss 9, hosted by Salman Khan. However, she has worked in many TV serials and Hindi movies for which she gained much recognition.
