Marko Zaror Aguad (born on June 10, 1978) in Santiago, Chile. He is an actor and currently lives in Los Angeles, California.
Career
He started training in martial arts at six. His major sports are taekwondo and kickboxing. He received black belts in judo and aikido and a green belt in Shotokan. Zaror has worked in many Spanish language action films, including Chinango and Kiltro.
Marko Zaror also performed as a stuntman for Dwayne Johnson aka “The Rock” in the film The Rundown (2003). In 2010, he played Raul Quinones in the film Undisputed III: Redemption. It was his first debut in American film and the first time he spoke English in a film, as he was already a stunt man.
Zaror played an associate of the main villain Luther Voz in the scientific action film Machete Kills (2013). He played the role of Marcus, was a mixed martial art competition finalist in the Bollywood movie Sultan (2016).
He starred as Ajakutty in the scientific action film Alita: Battle Angel (2019). He has worked with Robert Rodríguez on several projects. Marko Zaror is the only Latin American action film star, dedicated respectively to action films.
He will be starring as Chidi in the upcoming action film John Wick: Chapter 4.
Zaror followed a keto diet to improve his performance and for a short period in 2016, he combined it with a vegetarian diet for proper, environmental, and health reasons. However, he followed the Carnivore Diet.
