Minka Dumont Dufay aka Minka Kelly (born in June 24, 1980) in Los Angeles, California, U.S. She is an American actress and model.
Career
She performed her first starring role in the drama Friday Night Lights (2006–2009, TV series). Kelly has also appeared on the shows Parenthood (2010–2011, TV series). She appeared in the action crime drama Charlie’s Angels (2011, TV series), and Almost Human (2013, TV series). Since 2018, she portrays Dawn Granger / Dove on the DC Universe / HBO Max Titans (2018, TV series).
She grew up with her mother, who worked various jobs. She and her mother moved to many communities before settling in Albuquerque, New Mexico. By the time she was in junior high school. Her mother Maureen died in 2008, from colon cancer.
Kelly graduated from Valley High School. However, she returned to Los Angeles while on a test shoot for a modeling agency.
She pursued auditioning for film and television roles. She finally made her acting debut as an extra in the short film The Turbo Charged Prelude for 2 Fast 2 Furious (2003), a six-minute introduction to the action film 2 Fast 2 Furious (2003). Kelly has appeared in several television shows, such as Drake & Josh (2004, TV series) and American Dreams (2002-2005, TV series).
