1. Raised By Her Mother
Adele’s parents are Penny Adkins and Marc Evans, however, her father abandoned her when she was a toddler. As a result, she was raised completely by her mother. [1]
2. Used To Be A Smoker
Adele, believe it or not, used to smoke. Despite having throat surgery in 2011, she continued to smoke until 2015, when she eventually gave up the habit. [2]
3. Likes Composing While Drinking
Many singers and composers claim that they require complete silence to focus on their craft. This is not the case for Adele, who claims that her best songs were written while she was under the influence of a few too many alcoholic beverages.
