He was a commercial model like other famous Bollywood actors

Like many other Bollywood famous actors, Nigam was also a commercial model before entering in the Bollywood. He started his showbiz career with the advertisement of Bournvita in 2011 Which went so viral that a Bollywood filmmaker called him for an audition.

Nigam’s father was passed away at his very early age

As many people might not be known, Nigam’s father was passed away at his very early age. His mother single-handedly took care of him and his elder brother Abhishek Nigam while staying in Allahabad. Nigam is a so loving son in real life also. “I love my mother and look up to her in real life. On the show, I fight for my mother’s right. So, the sentiment is the same. It feels great as I can replicate my real feelings. It also sends out a great message that one should respect his or her mother as she is the one who gives birth to you,” he says.

He is a Gold-medalist as well a Silver-medalist too

The talented actor is also a Gold-medalist in a parallel bar and a Silver-medalist in the high bar which he won at 58th National School Games, which was held in Pune.

He was very confident about his performance in Chakravartin Ashoka Samrat

Siddharth Nigam got his breakthrough at the age of fourteen-year when he was given the opportunity to portrayed as young Ashoka in a historical show “Chakravartin Ashoka Samrat.” The series chronicles the real-life of Emperor Ashoka, from young to his rise to power. “I am scared because it’s Ashoka and his story is being told on TV for the first time. But I am confident about its success because people will watch it as they want to know more about him. It will help people know of history in an entertaining way.”

Nigam regularly maintain his physique

While interview Nigam revealed that he continuously maintain his physique to look very handsome on the screen. Said by Nigam, “My looks and physique. I feel I resemble the historical character. Since I maintain my physique, all the characters I play look good on the screen.”

Nigam is too conscious about the culture worth

As the young actor knows about the worth of the culture of any region, he mostly acted in the historical shows like Peshwa Bajirao and Chakravartin Ashoka Samrat, etc. He added that “Today’s generation fights a lot and mostly for the wrong reasons. We underestimate and don’t value our culture and heritage in an attempt to ape other cultures.”

He is a national level of gymnast

Many of his fans may not know about his other talent of Gymnastics. Nigam is a national level gymnast. He is too passionate about his Gymnastics career that he got a break in acting for it. Nigam states, “Gymnastics is my passion and I want to get an Olympic gold medal in it. I still give time to it despite the hectic schedule.”

His popularity stood him alongside with the Bollywood actors, as the Comedy Nights with Kapil invited the popular Indian celebrities on the show. Nigam was the guest on 15 February 2015 in a special Mahashivratri episode on a comedy, reality and talk show with Kapil Sharma.
