Career
Rudy Mancuso grew up in Glen Ridge, New Jersey, and has a sister named Marianna. He completed his education at Glen Ridge High School and Rutgers University Newark. He lived in Rio de Janeiro for a while and speaks Portuguese well. At age five, he played the piano.
Mancuso’s partnered with Shots Studios to make videos and started his YouTube channel in 2016. He featured on Comedy Central’s Drunk History (TV series, 2013) and HBO’s Outpost. He starred in YouTube Red’s Keys of Christmas. The cast includes Carey, DJ Khaled, Fifth Harmony, and Bebe Rexha, among others.
In 2017, Mancuso worked as an opener for Justin Bieber’s Purpose World Tour in Brazil’s section of his Latin America shows. Dolce and Gabbana invited him to ramp walk in their Milan Men’s Fashion Week Spring and Summer 2018 show in 2017.
He performed an award at the 2017 Millennial Awards in Mexico and performed at Villa Mix, Brazil’s largest music festival, for two consecutive days. After that, Mancuso released his first single entitled Black & White, in collaboration with Poo Bear.
On October 7, 2017, Mancuso performed at the Villa Mix Festival in Sao Paulo. He released his first video single without a featured artist called Mama, which he directed. In 2018, he then directed the music video for Lele Pon’s debut solo single called Celoson and the music video for Alesso’s single titled REMEDY. After that, Mancuso also directed the music video for O.A.R.’s single called Miss You All The Time.
