Sahil Vaid is a film actor and voiceover artist, born on 24th September 1986, hailing from India. He is the son of Satish Vaid and Poonam Vaid. He got his education from Whistling Woods International. He was so passionate about acting at an early age and that’s the reason he decided to join the acting line after completing his studies. He is mainly known for the role in the movie “Badrinath Ki Dulhaniya” released in 2017.
Career
He started his career with a Bollywood debut movie “Coolie No.1” starring Govinda and Karishma Kapoor. Later, he appeared in the movie “Shershah”. Since then, he frequently appeared in various Bollywood movies.
In 2010, he worked in the movie “Happi” while another appearance in the movie “Ye Stupid Pyaar” which was released in 2011.
In 2012, he acted in the movie named “Bittoo Boss” which was a comedy movie directed by Suparvitra Babul.
In 2014, he gave back to back hits “Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhaniya” and “Kaanchi: The Unbreakable”.
In 2017, he appeared in the movie “Badrinath Ki Dulhaniya” starring Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt. While it was directed by Shashank Kaitan. In the same year, he appeared in the movie “Bank Chor”.
In 2018, he worked in another two movies “Manto” and “Baba Black Sheep”. In 2019, he worked in the most popular movie “The Zoya Factor” which was directed by Abhishek Sharma. While the rom-com film features Sonam Kapoor Ahuja and Dulquer Salman.
In 2020, he worked in a movie named “Dil Bechara”. Moreover, he also worked as a voiceover artist in some animated movies and TV series.
