Scott Michael Foster is an American actor who took birth on March 4, 1985 in Winfield, Illinois, USA. He moved to Highland Village, Texas at very early age but later found that he loves acting. He attended Edward S. Marcus High School that’s where he actively participated in theater until graduating in 2003 from Collin College.
Career
Beside acting, Foster loves to sing and he is as the lead singer of the indie rock band Siren’s Eye which released their debut EP titled Red Room on iTunes in December 2009.
As an actor, he became so famous after playing the role of Captain John Paul “Cappie” Jones in the ABC Family comedy-drama series. It was hard to stop him after the Cappie character and he started to give his best shots in TV series like Greek (2007–2011) and was casted in movies like The Horrible Flowers and Teenage Dirtbag.
In 2017, he took on the role of Nathaniel Plimpton III in the Crazy Ex-Girlfriend (2021) CW comedy-musical series then again appeared as Ryan Goodwin in the Netflix thriller series i.e., You.
