Travis Scott Van Winkle, an American actor, born on 4th November 1982 in Victorville, California, USA where he grew up and studied. Later, he moved to Oscoda, Michigan. At the age of 8, the actor moved to Georgia from where he wanted to do his graduation but left as he wanted to pursue a career in the field of acting.
The actor is known for performing in ‘Accepted’, ‘Transformers’, ‘Friday the 13th’ and the third season of ‘You’.
Career
Van Winkle made his television debut on an episode of Quintuplets in December 2004, and he has since appeared on shows such as That’s So Raven, Malcolm in the Middle, The O.C., and 7th Heaven.
Among his film credits are one of the leads in Fox’s Meet the Spartans, David R. Ellis’s Asylum, Universal’s Accepted, and Michael Bay’s Transformers. Although he has modeled for Abercrombie & Fitch, Van Winkle starred in the 2009 reboot of Friday the 13th (another Bay production) as Trent Sutton DeMarco, a character he portrayed in Transformers.
In an interview with Fearnet, Van Winkle stated that he was very excited about the film and enjoyed playing a role in it. Additionally, he appeared in Julianne Hough’s 2008 music video for “That Song in My Head”.
